When you select Options from the Main Menu, this Dialog Box appears:

The first line allows you to type in the name of your church meeting. This is probably “Mass” for Catholic Churches and “Service” for many Protestant Churches. Other possibilities include “Worship,” “Church” and “Liturgy.” You can use any name you want. The name you enter here will appear on the Main Menu and on the printed Schedules.
The Names of Database Sets section allows you to name your four different Database Sets. The first and second are predefined to be Sunday and Daily Services. You may well use only one or two of the Database Sets, but you can name all four of them anything you want.
The rest of the options are related to phone dialing. The Ministry and Personnel Database Dialogs allow you to automatically dial the phone number of someone in the database by simply clicking a button. To use this feature, your computer must have a modem connected to the phone line, and the modem must be configured to work on port COM1, COM2, COM3 or COM4.
The Modem Port section allows you to select the port your modem uses. If you don’t know the port, the easiest way to find out is to try dialing with each of the four ports until you find the one that works. If none of the ports work, the dialing feature will probably not work on your computer.
The prefix fields are used to set the dialing prefixes for local and long distance calls:
TIP: If you dial only 7 digits for local
calls, do not include the area code with local numbers in the database. However, if you must dial 10 digits for
local calls, include the area code in all numbers.
